About Me

So who am I and what do I know about fitness equipment anyway? Well, my name is Kathy and I've been working in a fitness equipment store (I won't mention the name but it's one of the BIG ones) for over 6 years now.

I've seen people make a lot of mistakes - and unfortunately I couldn't say anything about it or risk losing my job.

That's why I started this site - to help people new to buying fitness equipment make smarter buying decisions.

You'll learn what to watch out for, what makes a good value machine and much, much more.

On my off time - when I'm not creating blogs like this one to vent my frustrations - I like to walk my golden lab Dusty in the park near our home. I also am an avid roller blader and I love travelling to new destinations most notably the Mediterranean and the Italian coast.
